I am an Instructional Designer with a decade of industry experience, 6 of which have been leading instructional design teams to create effective learning solutions.
Growth
My leadership has driven organizational growth, enabling us to handle a 44% increase in project load year after year, while expanding our audience from internal staff to healthcare members and our entire provider network of 15,000 learners.
Community
Through my role as a Learning Health Plans of California Board Member, I fostered collaboration among state-funded health plans and led initiatives to promote professional development in the healthcare sector. I also had the pleasure of hosting a monthly instructional designer workshop where learning and development professionals could collaborate on current trends and arising technology in the space.
